"We booked the most expensive room which cost a fortune. When we arrived the room was occupied as they had sold it twice. They put us in the cheapest room with noisy air conditioning and no lock on the patio door. Blaned Hotels.com and offered no compensation or even a courtesy something. "

"The hotel is well located a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff are great and attentive to all your needs. They go the extra mile all the time to ensure your stay is special. Breakfast is excellent with all cusines available. The NY eve gala dinner had live music, superb food banquet and a beach bbq. Seafood, meat and sushi available. Like a wedding feast.
