「The apartment is nicer than the photos. It is spacious with nice rooms and a combined living-kitchen. It was clean with nice towels provided. The location is perfect in a quiet street in the part of ortigia close to the parking spots on the mainland. There are a couple of great restaurants in the street. The apartment has a balcony, but not much of a view. The communication with the rental agent was very smooth. The electricity system is old and it took a while to realise we had to turn on the...

「The apartment is quite grand, high ceilings, painted ceilings, large common areas, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large balcony. First time in Ortigia and would recommend Ortigia and the apartment to anyone. The apartment is close to La Pizza Duomo. It’s a great location. The check-in process was easy. Would come back to Ortigia and to this apartment!」

「The property is very well located in the heart of Ortigia and a 5 minute walk from most attractions. The property is well furnished and equipped and the terrace makes it extra special. Veryhelpful to have three bathrooms and double rooms for a larger party. The property manager was very helpful and gave good check in information. Downside is the parking - you have to take your chances with the on street parking. Also the bedding wasn't pure cotton so got a bit clammy. However an overall...

Sebastiano was a perfect host, responding to any questions very quickly and making very helpful suggestions. Would recommend Gusto organic supermarket for supplies. Leave via rear exit and turn left - you'll see it. 」

「Amazing 」

「This property is GORGEOUS and in the right are: not too in the thick of tourism, but not completely out of it. My gripe is with Wonderful Italy in general and the impossibly slow or broken internet at the property. Upon arriving to Ortegia two hours prior to check-in, the team was TERRIBLE at communicating. Before arriving they couldn’t let us know if we could check-in early, but once we arrived, they provided the worst directions to their office to store our luggage. We literally had to...

「The apartment has a lovely terrace and is in a great location. The apartment has plenty of air conditioning and lots of amenities as well. Eg washing machine. Needs a mirror as only a small mirror in bathroom , I would recommend and stay again 」

"何よりもスタッフの皆さんが大変親切で気持ちの良い接客でした。宿泊日の翌日にの寝台列車でナポリに行く予定でしたが、20時まで気持ち良く荷物を預かってもらい助かりました。部屋も清潔で広く満足できました。ロケーションも駅から徒歩10 分と近く、飲食店も周辺に沢山あります。おすすめのホテルです。"

"家族経営でしょうか、レセプションの方々がとても素晴らしく親切で人懐こく、非常に気持ち良い滞在でした。窓からは海が間近に見え、水平線の彼方に美しい日の出をみることができます。奥さまは日本がお好きらしく、それもまた快適な滞在の要因になりました。階段しかないので荷物が重いと大変ですが、ご主人が親切にも持ってあがってくれました。"

"シラクサのメインエリア、オルティジャ島の先端に位置しているため街中の散策に便利です。朝ごはんもバライティ豊かで美味しかったです。夜遅くまで営業しているレストランに隣接しているため部屋の位置によっては騒がしい可能性があることと、トイレやシャワーなどの水回りが少し古い点が気になりましたがおおむね満足した滞在となりました。"
