Oversized room with a jacuzzi, however, the system leaked and water seeped into adjacent room. No 24 hour staff, so, you need to be in communication. We left before staff arrived and left the key on the hook with other keys so no security beyond the cameras. The location was ideal as was the price.

We had a great stay here for 3 nights. The pool area is lovely and the staff were all really helpful and friendly. We didn’t have the breakfast but we had snacks at the pool which were great. The hotel is a little way out of town in a quiet area so it’s around €17 - €22 each way in a taxi inc a tip to get into the centre of town by the elephant statue. There’s a bus stop around 10 mins walk away and a Tabacchio near there to get your bus ticket. I would also recommend you take the hotel up on their helpful offer to arrange your airport transfers as their option is about €10 cheaper than flagging a cab at the airport. For the price of the hotel and the lovely pool it’s worth being a little way out of town.

The "total spa" experience is very underwhelming. Access to a sauna, steam room, is not a "total" experience. The foot treatment consisting of ruining a walk on progressively more painful rocks was so bad we had to laugh. But... rooms were good and the staff were very pleasant. Everything else, that is standard, was really good.

It was not on the beach but front desk staff are helpful they arranged a drop off to airport with third party and very friendly . It is decent hotel

Great location next to the square although not obvious where the entrance is. Helpful host at check in and out. The building was undergoing renovation so we walked through a building site to the room. No particular noise disturbance over a holiday weekend.
