「Staff was amazing, they stayed open to help us check in late after our flights were impacted due to weather. The place is spotless and smells incredible. We didn’t get to try dinner at the restaurant as it was closed for a celebration holiday on Monday but the breakfast was delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, a little bit outside of The main town but close to hiking vineyards and the ocean. Bonus is Noah, the cat who visits outside and came to hang out with...

「The place is beautiful, in a great location, private and secluded, with nice amenities such as hot tubs, pool, wood BBQ. It looks just like the pictures and overall, we enjoyed our stay. But, - very limited hot water. Takes long to warm up and then only lasts 5 minutes. Not enough for 2 showers. We could only fill the amazing bath up a few inches before it got cold, so kind of useless. - lots of ants, and when we complained, we were told to deal with it ourselves - there was a birds nest...

「Super Empfang von sehr nettem Personal, schöner Pool, toller Ausblick auf die Weinfelder und Faial, Zimmereinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstücksauswahl mit Rührei, Käse, Joghurt, Gemüse, Obst, Marmelade. Weil unsere Fähre früh fuhr, bekamen wir sogar etwas früher Frühstück. 」

「町の中心、港からは歩いて15分ほどなので、交通の便はあまりよくないかもですが、近くにスーパーマーケットや人気のレストランもあり、ワイナリーの工場もあったりしてそれなりに便利です。 スパもありますが、私たちが滞在していた時にはサウナが稼働していませんでした。 部屋は広く、テラスもあってよいのですが、スパやプールがあるのに洗濯物を干せるようなものが室内にないので、不便です。 そのほかは非常に使い勝手もよかったです。」

「斬新なデザインのインテリアだが、使い勝手は良くない。シャワールームの扉は水が漏れる。きつく締めると開けられなくなる。空港に歩いて行けるのと、朝四時からの朝食サービスがあるのはありがたい。」
