"I went to both their high end restaurants. The bar which charges even hotel guests to go in. Then the Japanese restaurant. It's a one and done. Food and drinks not worth the value."

"Clean room, the room was a little small but good enough for two. Good location though. The pillows are quite flat, we wish it could be puffier. We tried to ask for more pillows but the front desk kept telling us that they’re out. "

"Not staffs fault but many customers didn’t flip the sign to show that they were done with breakfast so many tables were empty but they weren’t sure if someone was still using the tables. One morning, there was a line but probably not necessary. "

"Breakfast menu was very good. The only problem was the waiting in line each day, even though we tried to find the best timing. The staff was working very hard to try to accomodate, but, i guess the facility was not designed for such a big people flow. The room was little but always clean with pj and towels changed every day. The staff was always polite and accomodating. Also the location was very good."

We had a very nice stay! Highly recommend. 5 star hotel in the middle of hustle and bustle of shibuya. Walking distance to everything."

"The beds and rooms are very small and so is the bathroom! There is no room for your luggage other than under the bed if it fits."
