"Lovely and very clean room. Great housekeeping. No help with bags from reception who were largely not too helpful. Great breakfast. Not much in terms of amenities. Strange to not offer guests any paddle boards kayaks etc given location on the water. They should consider investing in this."
Harbour Beach Club & Hotel

"Sumptuous beds a mile high with pillow soft toppers and silken sheets. Staff lovely, restaurant nice. Had rear room so no sea view but still nice open field to caravan site and balcony a 6pm sun trap, perfect for a pre dinner read. The extras the hotel offer make it fabulous; a room to store paddle board, lending you wetsuits, beach and picnic stuff etc. Car park busy (July) but nice chaps managing to help everyone. South Sands in front of you, rather challenging hill to next door North Sands beach both on foot and driving the single track road. Parking in Salcombe the stuff of nightmares so lean into hotel shuttle but book more than a day ahead for evening restaurant jaunts as only 6 seats each hour. (Think they should increase frequency when over booked). Sea tractor/ferry to Salcombe lovely but £18 each way for family of 4. Would choose again."

"Exactly as what in the description but the view surpassed our expectation. You have everything you need in the property. The beach is few minutes away. You can have a nice walk or boat ride going to town center. Penny responds to every enquiry and very helpful. Highly recommended."

"We had a wonderful stay here. It was warm and cozy and tastefully furnished. It’s a great location to explore Salcombe and surrounding towns. The cottage is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. The views from the windows are breathtaking and I loved sitting at the window seat admiring the stunning vista and colours of nature."

"We had a wonderful stay at Marine Mews. Lovely views of the Estuary and great access to town. The addition of a parking space, albeit the other end of town, is a bonus. The property was cosy, light and airy with great storage space in the bedrooms and a comfortable double bed. The kitchen had everything one needed and there was a lovely table where you could sit and eat. Sadly the weather wasn’t great when we stayed so we didn’t use the patio area with Estuary views, but the outside table and chairs is a nice touch. We hope to return in the not too distant future."
