「Good」

「Hotel staff did good services.」

「The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.」

「I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been a regular guest, visiting almost every month. The staff and manager are always helpful and responsive. During this stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but it was fixed quickly. Room service also forgot one of my orders, and I had to follow up after waiting for an hour. However, my biggest concern is the early morning noise. For three consecutive days, loud local music started at around 5:50 a.m. This seriously affected my sleep,...

「Clean room」

「Property was very good for a stay and if someone wants to stay near the nature, this is the best option one can opt for. 」

「Terrible Service. False Advertising. Careless Management Called the hotel on 15/1/2026 about rates for 3 rooms. Expedia was offering Rs.3040 plus taxes including breakfast for King Size room with Sofabed. Talked to the manager to discuss options for matching room & rates. Was told to book it through Expedia. Even though I explained them why pay commission to third party instead make a reservation directly with the hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I learned that, they can manipulate things...

「Easy to book via Orbitz and find. Good location. Not even close to 2 star but advertised as 4 star Orbitz and Hotel handshake is faulty. Orbitz will say free breakfast but no free breakfast will be provided Rooms were neat but Not prepared for the 3 guest booking. No extra bed provided and followed through The place for drivers doesn’t have bathrooms shower places and infested with mosquitoes. So drivers will have sleepless nights and without a place for sanitation. The restaurant food was...
