"What an arrogant and insensitive management. Despite making my reservation far in advance I was placed in a room right beside an outdoor sitting area where conversations were as though they were actually in my room. I requested a room change and was then put in a room so far away that the wifi didn't work. For my entire stay. When at check out I requested to speak the the manager about the fact that having wifi was a factor in my selecting this particular hotel I was told he was too busy to...

"Das Zimmer sollte dringend renoviert werden. Außerdem war es nicht sauber. Das einzig Schöne war die Aussicht vom Balkon, der leider auch ziemlich heruntergekommen und schmutzig war. Das Personal war freundlich. Ich wurde bei der Abreise nicht gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war, sonst hätte ich Feedback gegeben. Die Lage ist super. Ruhig und doch schnell im Zentrum. "Lots of amenities in a senior adult hotel. Although the breakfast buffet was good, the overpriced dinner buffet with watery frozen vegetables and few options was a real disappointment. Not to mention the buffet was picked over within the hour We walked to town for the remainder of our dinners. Otherwise a very pleasant stay."

Schönes Wellness-Hotel mit bestem Komfort

"Schönes, super sauberes Hotel. Einzigartiger Wellness-Bereich mit großem Innen- und Außenpool, verschiedenen Saunen, Sport-Schwimmbecken und Fitness-Bereich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zwei gute Restaurants. Perfekte Lage des Hotels mitten im Ort, wenige Minuten zum Kurzentrum."

The Best Hotel Stay Ever!

"First time in Germany, or Europe ever. Blindly booked this Hotel, and was amazed at the property and all of the staff. Not knowing how to speak German, the staff was eager to take time out for me to help me navigate the city of Schweinfurt. First time in Germany and I was made to feel safe and at home! My daily breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and unbelievably prepared! Amazing chefs and restaurant staff. Most notably was “Matthew”! Very friendly and informative. Knowing that I was there alone, and unfortunately with Schweinfurt and/or Germany spent every available moment with directions sights to visit. He kept my safety in mind with trains, taxis and whenever I was going on foot. Normally I’m difficult to completely please, but I couldn’t find anything negative to comment. I certainly hope the management there values “Matthew” as much as the guests there do! "
