Härligt med egen lägenhet. Mysig. Bra läge. Var ingen i receptionen när vi kom. Men de hade förberett allt som låg i ett kuvert. Nära till stan, men det mesta var stängt

Bei dem Hotel war es nicht Außen Hui Innen Pfui, sondern eher umgekehrt. Von Außen sieht das Gebäude eher etwas renovierungsbedürftig aus, auch innen das Treppenhaus war nicht so neuester Stand, hatte beim Betreten ein mulmiges Gefühl, wie wohl das Apartment ausschaut. Beim Öffnen der Wohnungstür würde ich dann nur positiv überrascht. Alles perfekt sauber, sehr großzügig und super modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Für den Preis und die Sauberkeit kann ich die Unterkunft nur positiv weiterempfehlen.

Ein Appartement in perfekter LAge, direkt an der Brücke zum Kurpark, der Innenstadt und der Strandbar. Das Gebäude selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, im Inneren ist alles so wie beschrieben und sauber. Es ist kein Hilton aber es kostet auch nicht so viel. Angebot und Preis stimmen und der Ansprechpartner ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gern wieder in Bad Kissingen.

Das Apartment befand sich im Souterrain(roch feucht) und war nicht das, was ich (auf dem Foto) gebucht hatte. Das ganze Gebäude macht einen herunter gekommenen Eindruck. Zum Hinsetzen bot sich ein hoher kleiner Tisch vor einer Bettnische. Das Ganze ist ziemlich ungemütlich gewesen. Preislich auch nicht angemessen

Das Appartment ist schön groß. Am Anreisetag kommt in dem Appartmenthaus an und findet einen Zettel mit seinem kompletten Namen vor und zu welchem Zimmer man muss. Der Schlüssel steckt dann von außen. Datenschutzmäßig ist das sehr dürftig und diese Vorgehensweise sehr fragwürdig. Dann vereinbart man einen Termin zur Zahlung, dann erscheint der Mitarbeiter nicht. Nach einem Anruf wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass er noch eine halbe Stunde benötigt. Im Appartment wurde dann eine Spülmaschine vorgefunden mit dreckigem, nicht gespültem Geschirr. Wenn man schon ein Appartment vermietet, sollte doch wenigstens irgendwo wenigstens ein Besen und Schaufel vorhanden sein, wenn schon kein Staubsauger da ist. Weiterhin war der Aufzug defekt.

The 'hotel' is more like an apartment building. While the facilities are clean and nice, communication is really bad. When we arrived, we could not find anyone around, we found an unlocked door on the first level and made ourselves at home. An hour or so later, a girl came to tell us were in the wrong room!!?? She lead us to one of the 2nd level appartments, which was the 'reception/checkin'. This apartment from the outside looked no different than any of the the others. Additionally there is NO PARKING except for street parking. There is a parking lot next to the building, but we found out it belongs to the abandoned building next door. And they are quick to tow!! (we barely made it out without getting towed).

Zimmer besser als der spontane Gesamteindruck

Super Lage, zentral und ruhig - wir hatten zum Park raus. Gute Ausstattung, zeitgemäßer Geschmack. Küchenzeile mit Geschirr und Extras. Reichlich Platz für alles. Der Zugang und Eingangsbereich hat Stolperfallen, die aber gut ausgeleuchtet sind. Mängel für meinen Geschmack: 1 Nachttisch fehlt. Die Bettwäsche ist aus 100%Polyester. Wir hatten für 1 Nacht gebucht und waren fast mittendrin im Kurzentrum, Kurpark, Restaurants, Eisdielen und schönen alten Häusern. Ich würde auch für mehrere Tage dort buchen.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious and in an excellent position for walking into the town. Unfortunately, we had a bathroom with an extremely slow draining shower which nobody had bothered to fix! And there isn't any free parking as advertised. There is parking but not free (about 1€ per hour).

Der äußere Eindruck des Hauses sieht vielleicht recht nüchtern aus. Dafür bestechen die Apartements im Inneren mit Liebe zum Detail und Sauberkeit.

Flot lejlighed men svært at få nøglen til den.

Vi kom til en lukket dør og da vi ringede til telefonnummeret på bekræftelsen - fik vi at vide at vi fik en SMS og skulle så ringe til en anden som viste sig var optaget. Måtte så skrive tilbage at vi ikke kunne kontakte vedkommende og at vi nu havde vente længe uden for og gerne vil have nøglen. Efter ialt at have ventet 45 minutter kommer der endelig en med nøgle og kontrakt. Efterfølgende viser det sig at vi ringede til Rusland og fik ekstra telefonregning på dette. En meget dårlig start og utrygt - hørte at et andet par havde haft samme problem. Lejligheden var rigtig nydelig, ren og meget indbydende og intet at klage over her.

preiswert und 1A ausgestattet

Top renoviertes Haus, sehr zu empfehlen!. Man muss nur vorab wissen dass man den Schlüssel in Villa Alma holen muss. Dann ist es perfekt. Fussläufig zum Zentrum nur zwei Minuten, herrlich am Park gelegen. Jederzeit wieder, Jörg R.

Ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen

Hatte eigentlich nur ein DZ gebucht, welches sich aber als sehr geräumiges und komfortables Appartment entpuppte. Es bot Platz für 5 Personen. Die Räume hell und gut ausgestattet, auch das Bad. Ruhige Lage am Kurpark mit Blick Stadtschloss.
