"Here’s a polished, ready-to-post review: Crossbasket Castle & Hotel has to be one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The room was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed and elegantly decorated and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was outstanding, with fantastic quality and choice. Most of all, the service truly stood out: every member of staff was attentive, welcoming, and professional. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend...

"Robert on reception was accommodating when I arrived around 11pm to no restaurant being open… that was a long day/drive… all staff friendly and helpful. The only negative was I couldn’t pump the shower gel as the metal case was in a weird spot… great breaky. "

"Had a lovely one night stay as a family of 4 at The Commercial Hotel. The room was lovely and very clean with comfy beds and a bath and shower. We also had our evening meal in the hotels restaurant which was also which was very tasty and reasonably priced. I would highly recommended and would definitely stay here again."
