"Great room with sea view, sun rise and sun set fabulous. Breakfast good. Bit of an incline to go into Lynton from hotel. Terrace nice to have a drink and watch the world go by. Sea, rock faces, colours and very grateful for the breeze."

"Very welcoming host. Comfortable room with fabulous sea view. Great shower, a little warm overnight but we've had extreme temperatures. Breakfast cooked to order and really tasty. Location was great as we walked to the Valley of the Rocks straight from the hotel. Limited parking but we were saved ..."

Family Holiday
"Lovely house ,just a couple of little niggles .Not enough hot water for 8 people.Had to keep putting the water emersion on as it would only come on for 1 hour at a time. Also we were unable to get the hob on the cooker working. But other than that it was a lovely clean house"
