"The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. They were consistently warm and welcoming. They answered questions and offered informed advice. The room was small but laid out beautifully, giving a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The location was wonderful. It was across the street from the train station. It is a five minute walk to the art museum. It is a two minute walk to the funicular which takes you up to the cathedral and restaurants and shops of downtown. A bonus for vegetarians and salad lovers: there’s a historic cafe in the train station with great food and coffee. And the setting is lovely. "

"The hotel smells very bad, especially in the lobby. There is a strong unpleasant odor that spreads throughout the entire area and makes the stay very uncomfortable."

"The room even though right next to the railway station was very quiet. Only thing was had to get cartons of milk from downstairs as none were left in the room."
