"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and service was amazing. The rooms are clean. Very nice hotel and easy walking to shopping and touristy locations. The only issue is the train is very close by and we like to sleep with our windows open. We did have a great stay overall and would recommend and stay again!"

"Very convenient to the train station. There's a McDonald's very close if you want an inexpensive snack. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, including the housekeeping staff who showed me how to turn electricity on in the room by inserting my room key in a slot (yes, I had never seen that). 🙂Well done all around."

"This hotel is a lovely little hotel in an exceptional location in Lucerne. It's right by the river, surrounded by places to eat and a very short walk from the station and boat docks. A perfect location for getting out on trips. It's typical of an inner city hotel, so the rooms are small and bathrooms very small. But they are clean, functional and comfortable. There's a simple breakfast in house, which includes hot items. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. But the location is the star, so nice to be right in the middle of everything."
