La douche ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons essayé de contacter l'équipe sur les 4 numéros qui nous on été donné dont un qui était pour les urgences mais nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse de l'équipe. nous avons donc passé un séjour de 4 jours sans douche c'est inacceptable scandaleux et déplorable, bien dommage car le reste était correcte. Franchement je ne recommande pas du tout !

Appartamento moderno a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e vicinissimo al supermercato. Dotata di tutti i tipi di comfort. Ampio bagno. Letto comodo. Unica "pecca" è stata la tassa di soggiorno richiesta dall'host, che non coincideva con quella riportata sulla fattura di Hotels.com

Gebucht waren 2 Doppelbetten hatten aber nur ein Doppelbett und ein Sofa. Kein Wlan Kein Satelit Empfang Obwohl alles in der Buchung mit inbegriff war. Die Geräte wie Mikrowelle und Kaffemaschine waren mit einem EU Stecker und nicht mit einem CH Stecker und somit konnten wir diese auch nicht nutzen. Den Dampfabzug konnte man auch nicht nutzen weil er mit einer Glasscheibe zugeschraubt wurde.

Esperienza veramente deludente , Wi-Fi All arrivo non prendere si erano scordati di mettere il router ce lo hanno consegnato il giorno dopo con tutta calma dopo essermi raccomandata che ci dovevamo lavorare (Wifi pagato assieme alla tassa di soggiorno e alla culla 20 giorni prima dell’arrivo) (quando invece si pagano sempre in loco le tasse)piastre della cucina a induzione che non andavano siamo stati 1 giorno senza cucina con un bimbo di 3 anni ,ferro da stiro con presa tagliata , parcheggio piccolo privato che ci ha costretti sempre a lasciare la macchina fuori a pagamento strisce blu , tazza del bagno storta , letto da incubo scomodo e quasi sfondato, abbiamo avuto qualche ritardo oggi al check out anziché lasciare l’appartamento alle 10 alle 12 perché il bimbo aveva avuto qualche problema di stomaco durante la notte è ha dovuto mangiare ci hanno quasi cacciato, due donne senza bussare delle pulizie sono entrate in casa intimandoci di andarcene e successivamente ricevo dall’agenzia id andarcene immediatamente se no ci addebitavano in altra notte (ma avevamo già liberato l’appartamento)(perché nonostante io abbia prenotato su Expedia la casa e ‘gestita da un agenzia immobiliare di Lugano esterna al portale cosa che se avessi saputo come gestiscono le case che fanno pagare profumatamente mai sarei andata) Sconsigliato!!!solo la posizione promuovo molto comoda perché ben servita

Sonst wäre es so eine schöne Wohnung!

Die Aussicht war herrlich. Der Parkplatz in Garage war sehr angenehm und wir haben ihn sehr geschätzt. Aber die Matratze und das Bett waren sehr einfach. Die Bettdecke war wie Sommerdecke sehr dünn und sogar fleckig. TV hat nicht funktioniert. WC Schüssel wurde sehr schräg installiert, so etwas habe ich nie erlebt, und in der Duschkabine funktionierte nur noch die Hälfte. Die Küche war minimum ausgestattet, Töpfe, Gläser usw. Es hat nur ein einzigen Kleiderschrank, wo drin wie ein Putzschrank ausgesehen hat. Der Tiefkühlschrank war voll vereist, wenn es so weit geht, irgendwann geht die Tür sicher nicht mehr zu. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass sich niemand von der Vermietungsfirma um die Wohnung kümmert. Bevor ich eingereist habe, habe ich extra nachgefragt, dass Jemand die Wohnung überprüfen könnte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Aber ich habe leider keine Antwort erhalten. Sonst wäre es so eine schöne Wohnung!

+ lage (Stadtzentrum, Nähe zum See), schöne Aussicht, zweckmässige Einrichtung, reibungslose Abwicklung trotz Corona, Parkmöglichkeit in Tiefgarage - Whirlpool war nicht bereit (scheinbar aufgrund Corona, was aber nicht vorgängig noch im Web beschrieben wurde und ein wichtiges Entscheidungskriterium darstellte), kein Wohnzimmer sondern nur Küche mit einem Tisch, Fernseher hat nur sehr wenige nicht interessante Sender, schräg eingebautes WC
