Enjoy the scenery, tranquility, and recreation of the Green Mountains in this newly renovated 4-BR home, minutes to Okemo skiing, hiking, and biking as well as the charming downtown of Ludlow, VT. Home features full chef kitchen with updated appliances and central island counter, charming living room with fireplace, dining area with wood burning stove, and game room / workout room in the lower level. Warm up outdoors around the fire pit or hot tub. Perfect destination for friends and families looking for an all-season retreat.

Full private 4-BR residence in the hills over Ludlow, VT.

Guest Access:
Accessible with smart lock.

Located in Ludlow, Vermont, 5-min to Okemo Mountain (Vail Resorts, on the Epic Pass).

Getting Around:
Car required due to weather.

Notes & Disclaimers:

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.

Air conditioning: There is a total of 4 split units at the house. One split unit in each of the four bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).

Accessibility note: While we welcome all guests, please note that the home is not equipped with accessibility adaptations (e.g., grab bars, ramps, or stair lifts), and has steps throughout the property. We want to make sure every guest has the information needed to enjoy their stay comfortably

Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee plus tax for the first dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than three, just check in with us first so we can coordinate with the homeowner. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.

Easy mountain access with great amenities

Old fashioned charm with updated look and modern amenities. Quick, easy access to downtown and Okemo mountain. Was a great spot to stay for our ski vacation.
