"Room was big and luxurious with a sample of chocolates. Bathroom was very trendy and clean, loved the styling. This is a very nice boutique hotel that we reserved late in the day in the Union Hill area of KC. Trendy area and dining nearby. Parking is a bit tight for a larger SUV but it is very convenient to the front entrance of the hotel. Would definitely recommend or stay again. We stayed on the top floor with rooftop access and views of the city. A bit too cold to enjoy the outdoor seating and decor this weekend. "

"This property is my FAVORITE VRBO that I have EVER stayed at. There's space for everyone to enjoy and gather together. And I absolutely ADORE the eclectic decor. There was a surprise around every corner. Beds were unbelievably comfortable, and there were so many little quiet corners for those moments when socializing was too much. And even though it was a Historic Home with "quirks" it was very comfortable and well appointed. Can't wait to book it again!"

"We adored the decor and small things that added to the ambience of this beautifully restored home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed. Parking was easy and the location was central. One bedroom does not receive central heat and was chilly but we found a space heater and extra blankets which were sufficient. Overall highly recommend! "The home was very clean and had plenty of room. Although we weren't there much, it was perfect for what we needed. We all had to leave very early and didn't return until later in the evening, so we loved that it has 3 full bathrooms. Everyone could get showered and get to where they needed to be. The owner answered quickly with our questions quickly and was very pleasant to rent from. Definitely would stay again. "
