There were two sitting rooms, a equipped kitchen and a nice terrace to sit and to enjoy the garden. There was a lot to see and do in the surroundings. "Aufgrund der vielen Treppen ist die Wohnung nicht für ältere oder gehbehinderte Personen geeignet. In der Wohnung gab es mehrere Mängel, diese wurden jedoch umgehend behoben. Allgemein waren die Vermieter sehr freundlich und kooperativ. Die Wohnung liegt fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen und der Innenstadt entfernt. Alles in der Wohnung war sauber."

"My two friends and I (plus two dogs) had a great stay here. Katrin was friendly and communicative. The property had enough room for the dogs to run around and lots of space indoors for dining and relaxing. There are also a number of shops within 30 minutes driving. The house was warm and inviting. The only recommendation I’d give is to bring your own pillows if you are particular. Otherwise everything was perfect! Would come again and would recommend to friends and family."

"This property was ideal for us as an older couple. It is in a very quiet area just outside Boltenhagen itself. The house is compact and on one level (apart from a couple of steps). The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom is a little dated but perfectly functional. Plenty of towels supplied. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. Dagmar and Rainer spent some time talking us through various options for visits in an area which was new to us (eg Schloss Bothmer, Wismar, Rostock, Luebeck)....
