「When we arrived at check in time there was a long line & everyone had to wait for over an hour because none of the double bed rooms weren't cleaned or ready yet. We were there for the Ella Langley concert like yhe majority of the guests & it was very frustrating because we went late to the concert which I may add was extremely expensive & not to be able to see the entire concert due to the properties inability to be prepared for the guests. Very disappointing & we will NEVER stay at this...
