「The home had a very welcoming/cottage appeal and we felt instantly at home. Location is within walking distance of downtown. Our host, Eva, was very responsive when we had a question. 」

「Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. 」

「Our stay here at the Italian Almafi Cottage was PERFECT! Communication with our host Thalia was prompt and she was sure to make sure everything was good for us the entire duration of our stay. The attention to detail in decor at this home is impeccable! You feel like you are in Italy while 5 minutes from the beach in Florida! I highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a beautiful experience!!! We loved it and hope to return to build more memories with our family in the future!」

「Great place, very peaceful and quiet! Very nice and spacious garden.The double bedroom upstairs shares the bathroom with the twin bedroom (with doors on both sides), but as we only had 4 kids coming, it wasn't an issue, as we could have all the kids upstairs and us downstairs, with the twin bunk empty. 」

「Easily the worst stay I have had. Just be aware that this is not a building in good shape. One is that the building is deteriorated enough that the floors all slant one towards one wall. We just used the place at night to try to sleep, but that didn’t go well either! But I felt that I was on a boat and my balance was off all the time. My son slipped on the floor in the bathroom and was pretty sure that the floor was leaning downhill. There are a lot of issues and concerns when staying here...
