「The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. 」

「This is a beautiful, cozy well appointed home. First, beds matter to us. Due to sleep schedules, I had the chance to sleep in the master suite, and the guest beds. All were really comfortable with high end linens and pillows. Second, cleanliness. This unit was spotless. Thoroughly cleaned in every regard. Third, location matters! 「Overall the entire facility is dated. The photos were deceiving. The photos are taken at an angle that doesn’t show the roofs that you are looking down across and they are in bad shape. If you have a mobility problem the tubs are very hard to get in and out of. Beach is extremely narrow and not a lot of space.It’s a very quiet area with plenty of parking and very easy to get to. 「AMAZING! The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, the balcony large, the location by the airport and Maho Beach was perfect for us, and the nearby grocery store and restaurants was convenient. The view of the airport and beach was stunning. Our communication with the owner was well received-they responded promptly and courteously. I highly recommend this stay.」

「The host is easy to contact and prompt in addressing concerns / accomodating our requests. Great location; well-furnished studio. The terrace / balcony is a nice feature. The rooster’s calls throughout the day give the neighborhood (American University - Medical School) a resting / home bound / country side air. The near-by Carrefour store, French bakery and Fat Tony’s bar / restaurant add much value. 」
