Enjoy St. Maarten in a brand-new studio apartment at the Emerald of Maho. Maho is filled with dining, casinos, bars, night clubs, shopping centers, cigar bars, supermarkets and a neighborhood pharmacy, all within walking distance. Minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes drive to the airport.

Great location for anyone, remote workers, AUC students. Door bell camera on site. . This property is not a hotel. There’s washer and dryer for a small fee on site. If extra cleaning is needed please let us know so we can arrange for your stay.

The room was great. The area that needs improvement is providing the name of the property and the address. Those were difficult to get. The only way that we got that information was from the owner of the room. It is not listed on the website for the property. If it is, it is very difficult to find. Arriving on the weekend is tough. There wasn’t any administration or front office that was staffed.

Stayed for 2 weeks, was told if I wanted the room clean it wasn’t included and had to pay extra. Reserved double occupancy, when we arrived we only had a small 250ml bottle of water, one beer and one red bull, they didn’t even provide 2 bottles of water. Had 1 roll of toilet paper, 4 sheets of paper towels and no facial tissues. The bed was so uncomfortable and cheap, you just sink in the mattress. The room is so small, ok for a single occupancy. While my husband was working at the desk I had to climb over the bed just to get to the other side of the room as there is no space between the desk and the bed. If you want to go on the balcony, once again, there is space for only one person because it is so small. Last but not least, no pressure in shower and if you want hot water you need to open the sink faucet at the same time as the shower and if you’re lucky you’ll get lukewarm water after 5 mins that will last for 2 minutes.
