「I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

「I did not really enjoy the stay here. Compared to the price, I was pretty disappointed by the amenities. The room was completely dark and the radiator was causing me to have constant sneezing.」

「I stayed for three nights whilst I was in transitioning between selling and buying homes. It was nice having a full kitchen, the bed was comfortable.」

「Loved the window seats looking out into the trees! The property is actually not far from commerce— basically right next to a Target, but from the property it does not feel like it— the space is surrounded by trees. The bed is kind of in an alcove so might be hard to get in/out if you have mobility concerns, but I found it super cozy/comfortable. Enjoyed our time here after seeing a show at Tanglewood.」

「Tidy small inn and very comfortable. Coffee and tea were available at a station in the hall as well as in each room. Easy to come and go. Small restaurants and coffee shop are within easy walking distance.」

「This property is conveniently located close to Kent Falls State Park. The owners are very friendly and chatted with us at checkin and during breakfast. Restaurants and stores are in Kent, about 6 miles away. Breakfast is included: cereal, juice, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries, coffee, and tea. Our room did not have a dresser but other rooms, which had 1 bed instead of 2, did. The heater was noisy but it worked fine and kept the room warm. The bathroom is tiny. There is a nice room to...

「Incredible space. I plan on staying again anytime I’m in the area. Wonderful staff, very easy check in and check out. Excellent room and amenities.」

「Nice mana ease to use doors locks would recommend tuff neighbor but decently safe for being in Newark to meet it 100 …」

「Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room」
