「facility was "out " of things like coffee cups, towels, etc, they were coming, and came, but why would a hotel be "out?" this may be an expedia issue, but the Suites reservation picture where i clicked on, said this room was "seaside" view. THERE WAS NO VIEW AT ALL, toltally on the back side of the hotel.」

「The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...
