Welcome to Lakewood Lounge! We're perfectly located central to ALL of Northwest Arkansas. From our home you can be almost anywhere in NWA in less than 20 minutes. Pinnacle Prominade, Hogs game, Bentonville Biking, Crystal Bridges, Wal-Mart, JB Hunt, Tyson, etc. It's all easy access from Lakewood Lounge since we're only 2 miles off of I-49! Then once you've settled in for the evening you'll enjoy a cozy and well furnished home in a quiet neighborhood!

Lakewood Lounge is a 3 bedroom, 2 full-bathroom, single story home in a quiet family friendly community. As you arrive to the home you'll find a lightly sloped driveway that easily accommodates 2 cars. As you enter the home you're greeted with an open concept living, kitchen, dining area. This is ideal for enjoying your time as a group and allows for everyone to interact together. The living room is well lit and furnished with comfortable seating, soft rug, and a 55' Roku smart TV for streaming your favorite shows or games. We also have a basket of games if you'd like to give the screen time a break. In the far nook of the living room you'll find a dedicated work space with desk and office chair because we know that sometimes work has to come with you.

From the living you open right up to the fully stocked kitchen that can accommodate all of your cooking needs. We have plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, small and large appliances, etc. We also have a beverage bar with coffee and tea for your enjoyment. Beside the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for 4. We also have barstools at the kitchen island to allow for additional seating.

The master bedroom is located in the back of the home, has plenty of space and a large walk in closet. You'll find an incredibly comfortable queen size bed and a smart TV for streaming those favorite shows from bed. The master bedroom also has an en-suite full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and granite counter tops.

Bedroom 2 & 3 are located down the hallway off of the living room and share a full bathroom accessed from the hallway as well. The full bath has a tub/shower combo and plenty of towels for everyone.

Bedroom 2 has a Full size bed & Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed. Both are very accommodating and cozy beds!

In the laundry room we leave a few pods & dryer sheets for guests in case you need to take care of some laundry while you're away. We also have an iron and ironing board if needed.

In the backyard you'll find a covered back patio with a view of the neighborhood walking trails and community green space.

You will have access to the entire home except the kitchen pantry which is utilized as a cleaners closet. There is plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen for your food storage so no worries there. Enjoy the large yard and community green space directly behind the home as well! Walk right out your back door onto the community walking/biking trails.
