This elegant home has original stained glass windows, beautiful woodwork, large dining and living rooms with two full kitchens and access to a gorgeous 2-level deck. Super comfortable beds make this a COZY home to stay in. A house with loads of character in Old Louisville neighborhood. Beds comfortable, kitchen(s) more than “just functional,” lots of good outdoor space. Great communication from the host, easy check out, very clean house. There’s a good coffee shop and pizza very close by. We walked to/from UL stadium for a game, drove to whiskey row in minutes, and day-tripped to Bardstown. This is a house/host you come back to.

Awesome!

This beautiful house is fantastic. It’s perfect for a large group of people. There’s a full kitchen and dining room and each floor along with a bathroom and shower on each floor. There are also plenty of places to sleep and parking was great. I never had a problem finding a parking space. The street is lined with large, lovely homes, and it’s within walking distance of Buck’s restaurant.

Great Place To Stay

Eight of us stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The house had everything we needed, tons of room, and is very cute. We had coffee in the backyard and I wish we would've had more time to use the fire pit. Annie was very quick to respond to all questions and accommodating to a special request. The checkin and checkout process were easy and the checkout time is very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend.

Gorgeous home!

We loved this historic home, the outdoor space was great for relaxing and dining. Beautiful porch for coffee and people watching. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a large group of 10 that fit easily in this home. Easy access to everything the city has to offer. Great attention to detail in the amenities, decor. Great communication.

Wonderful for a family Christmas holiday

If you love old Historical homes and need a place for a large family gathering in or near Louisville, KY this is a great place. The hostess was so helpful and attentive to what we needed. She even dropped off a large stock pot that we needed. We were a group of 11 and had plenty of space to spread out or all gather in the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great time for the Bourbon Trail!

While the property has a funky layout, it worked great for us. It is well supplied and stocked and is in a good location a short ride from Downtown and the 4th Street Live venues. Thanks Annie for the great stay!
