Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! It was close to town so convenient clean with lots of outdoor space to relax and have a game night. Owner was easy to reach and helpful with local suggestions. Beds were very comfy! Would stay there again in a minute!

Great host, great location, great property

We stayed for a week of bourbon tours. The location was perfect and the house was perfect for relaxing after our busy days on the bourbon trail. Annie is a great host and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property for any sort of visit to Louisville.

Great time for the Bourbon Trail!

While the property has a funky layout, it worked great for us. It is well supplied and stocked and is in a good location a short ride from Downtown and the 4th Street Live venues. Thanks Annie for the great stay!

Great Place To Stay

Eight of us stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The house had everything we needed, tons of room, and is very cute. We had coffee in the backyard and I wish we would've had more time to use the fire pit. Annie was very quick to respond to all questions and accommodating to a special request. The checkin and checkout process were easy and the checkout time is very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend.

Wonderful for a family Christmas holiday

If you love old Historical homes and need a place for a large family gathering in or near Louisville, KY this is a great place. The hostess was so helpful and attentive to what we needed. She even dropped off a large stock pot that we needed. We were a group of 11 and had plenty of space to spread out or all gather in the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Louisville Girls’ Trip!

Annie’s place was wonderful! The house had everything we needed- the space, kitchen supplies, comfort, and so much more. Annie was easily reachable, communicative, and helpful with recommendations. She was super accommodating with luggage storage for a late evening flight and shared her newest project with us (which is so cool!). Stayed here with some friends for a long weekend. Annie was great with the communication. The location was 10-15 Uber ride from anything downtown. Historical district was pretty quiet at night. Backyard was perfect. We sat in lawn chairs, played bags (corn hole), and made a fire every night.

Beautiful house! Great Stay!

The house and backyard are beautiful. The owner is great to communicate with and provides everything anyone would need. We stayed for the Annual Farm Show and brought the farm worker family for an extremely enjoyable stay. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, backyard is huge for our dog to run and play, easy street parking, was close to the fairgrounds and great restaurants. Ordered breakfast each morning to go from Full Stop on our way to show, great food and service. Love The Fish House nearby for great fried fish. We hope to rent this house every year for the show and hope we can stay longer next time. Thanks for your hospitality!

Game Day Stay

11 of us stayed just for 1 night after the big UK/U of L game. The duplex layout worked perfectly for our friend group as we had some early to bed folks and others who stayed up later. Plenty of space for us to spread out. 2 kitchens available but didn’t use the second kitchen. Cold evening during our stay but beautiful courtyard out back that would certainly be a great outdoor space when the weather is a little warmer.

Absolutely delightful!

What a wonderful house! I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking at places in this area. This house had plenty of space for a lot of people and it had so much charm. It had two kitchens and a couple of decks outside to relax on and visit and drink morning coffee and tea. The newer kitchen upstairs was decorated and remodeled nicely. This house is older and had so much charm and was so well appointed. It had everything we needed for a few nights stay for a sister's stay. I would come back to Louisville just to stay at this house. SO if I ever do, I will definitely book this place. I didn't want to leave and wish we could have stayed much longer.
