"Bedding reeked of body odor. Insufficient electrical outlets. WIFI was not available for the majority of my stay. It was in and out for the rest of the time."

"Stay away unless you want a run down hotel, terrible wifi connection, a TV with very distorted picture. Some staff friendly, others not so much. "

"The employees from door to the reception were polite and friendly. The receptionist was excellent and explained everything clearly. She added $100.00 charge and said it would be reversed back to the credit card at the time of leaving. Room very clean and they had coffee machine in the room that made us happy. "

"The food was very disappointing. The ovens were mostly broken, and only one was working, which made things very inconvenient. The refrigerator was extremely noisy and disturbed sleep at night. I stayed for 11 nights, and when I asked for fresh towels, I was told I needed to bring used towels back in order to get clean ones, which was not acceptable for a hotel service. Housekeeping was not provided unless it was requested in advance at the front desk, which was inconvenient for a long stay. When housekeeping finally came, they left the window open, and a lot of flies got into the room afterward. Overall, the service and room maintenance were far below expectations."
