"The room was wonderful. I stayed in suite 501 and it was awesome. The bedding was premium and the bath was well stocked with towels and toiletries. My coffee bar was well stocked also. The fireplace in the main lobby was cozy as it was during the snow storm hitting the Tri-Cities. The staff was very helpful. My stay was wonderful. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Grouse House and can’t recommend this place enough! The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt welcoming right away. The high-elevation location is amazing, it was very private, quiet, and has gorgeous mountain views. Access was easy even with a few inches of fresh snow that fell during our stay. There were so many thoughtful little touches, like coffee pods for the coffee machine, toys and bowls for our dog, and a snow shovel and de-icer ready to go. The wood-burning fireplace made the house extra cozy. The brand-new hot tub was very enjoyable, and it stayed hot even in the single digits. Sitting in the hot tub while it snowed and watching deer walk by was a highlight of the trip.Another great bonus is the parking for Big Bald is nearby, making it easy to hike to the top of the mountain with beautiful 360-degree views. The kitchen was very well stocked, and everything in the house was clearly well cared for.Jean was an excellent host, she was super responsive and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic mountain getaway!"
