「Pros: Al bij aankomst stond de gastvrouw op ons te wachten en legde zij alles heel goed uit. Tijdens ons hele verblijf was ze altijd beschikbaar per whatsapp of persoonlijk. Ze heeft ons met veel zaken geholpen, bezoek ziekenhuis, auto laten repareren, maar ook tips om te bezoeken in de omgeving. 「The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the train station. Surprisingly quiet with my window directly facing the train tracks. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. Make sure to use the Ticino discount Ticket at almost any attraction, and all public transit in the Canton. Big news for cat lovers, there is a shy but friendly long hair tabby in the area that wonders...
