「Comfortable and great location」

「Cutest cottages, quaint, comfortable - amazing location! The owner Dave was beyond helpful and kind, couldn’t recommend staying here more!」

「The property was beautiful and very accommodating. You see all the thoughtfulness that was put into all the tiny details. The host was also super helpful and responsive. Would recommend to others.」

「We enjoyed our stay. It was in a perfect location and easily walkable to the restaurants and stores in Santa Ynez. The place was spotless. Our dogs enjoyed the yard.」

「Not for large groups- 5/6 people at max! They said they could accommodate 11 but it was a horrible stay. Not enough beds, blankets or towels. Dining room & living room are tiny! 「What a great property! Clean, convenient and Dave the host was quick to respond every time I had a question. I would definitely recommend!」

「We came from Texas and to not have a stove or at least a toaster oven. And no toaster is just crazy. We do bnb’s often and never been to one that had nothing. It was my fault for not paying attention to the details. It was nice otherwise. 」
