「This is our 3rd stay in this resort during this 2 years. Overall service is getting better each time, especially the attendance of check-in was great for this time. However, the attitude of cooking staff of World Cafe is always not acceptable. They looks unwilling to serve foods. This aspect is needed to be improved as soon as possible. We could not see any progress in this 2 years.」

「This property is very unique. It is located in a very busy area of La Romana. The word "Oasis" is exactly the right word for this hotel. It was a clean, very well designed hotel with a beautiful mural that you might miss if you were just driving through. But the best part was the staff. Everyone, from the owner, the manager and even people working on the building of their soon to be opened pool, treated me like I was a guest in their home. 「We were impressed by this place. I have been to many resorts (expensive ones) and can honestly say this is the cleanest one. This place smells wonderfully, very attentive, respectful staff. I highly recommend. It's really quiet but so convenient and located. Shout out to the server captain (don't remember his name) he from Santiago at kuka restaurant for his amazing service.」

「The room was clean and the pizza chef make some good pizza.On the reservation it said water bottle include ,but in there only 2 tiny bottles a day .Really not what expected.」

「This hotel is NOT for tourists. The front desk don't speak English, and it is located in an area which is ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING, DON'T EVER THINK TO RENT A CAR AND GO THERE, a motor cycle will hit you for sure. Some staff are dependable, "thank you Andre" Giving the low price and cleanness I rated it as 4 stars. If I was going by the area it is located in, it would get only one star. 」

「Hotel was Beautiful and Clean. The only problem we had was communicating with some of the staff because they didn’t speak English (but i can’t put all the blame on them, we were in their country!!)
