The Regata apartment building is located in Puerto Naos, directly across from the wide lava sand beach lined with palm trees on the car-free beach promenade.
This promenade is perfect for a leisurely stroll after a day at the beach. Puerto Naos has various restaurants and shops, supermarkets, and a range of sports activities.
The bus stop is a good 5 minutes away. Buses to Los Llanos run about once an hour.

Description

The vacation apartments are located in a well-maintained 4-story apartment building right on the beach promenade.
The apartments can be reached either by elevator or, for those who prefer a bit of exercise, via the staircase.

The apartments come in various sizes:

Apartments 1a, 2a, 2b, and 3b each consist of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living room with a kitchenette, and 1 bathroom.
Apartment 3a also has a very small bedroom for a child traveling with you or if you prefer separate sleeping areas. The amenities in 3a are the same; only the living room is slightly smaller than in the other apartments.
The living room with an integrated kitchenette is very airy and bright thanks to large sliding glass doors leading out to the terrace (sea side). The bedrooms are located toward the rear of the building, or—in the case of Apartments 2a, 3a, and 4—off the side hallway.
The furnishings are tasteful, and each apartment has a furnished terrace with a magnificent ocean view.
All apartments feature satellite TV with international channels.

Each kitchenette is equipped with two hot plates (electric stove or glass-ceramic cooktop), a sink, and a refrigerator.

The kitchen is simply and functionally equipped. A toaster, coffee maker, and other cooking utensils are provided. All apartments are also equipped with a microwave.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
