「Great hotel!」

「部屋からは海が見えると思って、高い部屋を予約したが、どの部屋も正面から海は見えない。」

「Everything overall was great clean property. Good room service. Cookware provided if you want to cook. Common spaces clean and friendly.」

「El hotel es tranquilo y cómodo, el check in fue sencillo, para el precio la ubicación y el hotel están excelentes」

「Very friendly attentive staff the hotel was very CLEAN. And very well maintained Stefanie who cleaned our rooms was so nice and did an Excellent job ! Everyone was GREAT the staff really made us feel welcomed !! I highly recommend this hotel it had everything we needed and great air-conditioning stores near by and the beach was close」

「When we arrived they said the room wasn’t ready due to no air conditioning and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and they didn’t have another room. When we asked about our paid reservation, we found out they actually didn’t have our reservation on file even though we paid for 3 nights in full. We were forced to search for another hotel and request a refund later through Expedia. What a terrible experience.」

「Got to the place and the host was just contacting through Expedia where I don’t have notifications active instead of email or what’s app or a more mainstream channel, the check in process was so complicated, at first the link wasn’t working, when it was done the host told me it was too late and told me to get lost and find another place to stay, I had to explain I came w my girl and that we had no money left for another hotel and just then she bothered to do something, all she has to do from the...

「Loved it first will be first choice on any trip to Santa Marta great price」

「If you happen to stay over the weekend then you may hear noise and music from the rooftop clubs nearby late into the night .Bring noise cancelling headphones. It's an ok basic hotel.」

「The property is beautiful. I stayed in the superior room 3 and it was lovely and very comfortable. LOVED the shower. Breakfast was tasty and they brew good coffee! The staff are overwhelmingly kind and helpful. 10/10 will return for another luscious time staying here」

「Thanks!」

「Beautiful property and close to the main areas! That staff is super helpful and attentive. Just be cautious if you’re sensitive to the heat as the AC is a wall unit so the room doesn’t get cold easily!」
