「Great little place right on the sand. You're trading quality for location, which isn't bad, but be aware of the tradeoff. The unit itself wasn't very clean, but if you bring house shoes, you'll be alright. You can't beat the location. For short stays, this is a great place to be.」

「The location is incredible and there is a wonderful pool, super comfy bed and great views. The property is still being built so our unit was missing a few things from the photos: no TV (not a big deal for us), no table, no door on the bathroom/toilet area or shower. I was traveling with my spouse, so not a big deal, but this would have been awkward with our kids. Lower units appear to be featured in the photos. We’d return and ask about which unit and its completeness. 」

The property managers keep two large dogs that bark frequently, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the manager (Nick) took loud conference calls outside that echoed through the unit. 「Exceptional staff and stay. We could not have asked for better service and accommodations. Although the drive is a bit from the airport and it is an unpaved airport, when we first arrived we were greeted by multiple staff with drinks and kind attitudes. We were immediately at ease - a true oasis in the desert. From there it just got better, staff everywhere to help and get drinks and anything you need. Excellent communication through WhatsApp - each time we asked for something they would respond...

「You cannot find a better location close to the surf. From our balcony we could check out the surf. Breakfast was included every morning. The room had a small kitchen, microwave, full fridge and a comfortable mattress. Parking was right out front. Try staying on the lower floors as this place has a lot of stairs and the restaurant bar and pool are at the top. If you need to rent boards or umbrellas and beach chairs see Chui just out front. 「Casa Flores is a great location to enjoy a relaxing vacation near the sea. The ocean view and sunset are a treat. We lived the walk to the beach only 15 minutes away. The room was comfortable and well arranged, with a space full bathroom and walk in closet. The complementary coffee very welcome in the morning. The pool a delight. 」

「We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were remote working from MX and the co-working space was more than sufficient and wifi connection was superb. Having a shared kitchen with a fridge was very convenient for preparing breakfast and lunch. There was a nice yoga/fitness studio a couple of blocks away which was great. We will for sure stay at this property again.」
