If you just plan on walking places and not venturing out of todos santos there’s no need to rent a car. If you do have a car we parked on the road and never had any issues. We felt safe the whole time. One thing to know, this property is right on a main road, so you will hear cars going by occasionally with loud music. This didn’t bother us and we slept fine, but something to note. "
