This hotel is gorgeous and really clean in all areas. We had a party or 8 and booked 4 rooms the views were all amazing. The staff is so attentive and kind. Shout out to Tomasa who's got us checked in she was very informative and nice our room view was great!

The location was nice, that may be the only nice thing we have to say. We made it out alive another nice thing. Seeing not one but two tragic ends to life will stay with us forever. Topped off with “lost” wallet out of our hotel room. We will never return.

It's a beach resort so that was convenient. However, the property is very dated and old! The food is good but no main buffet so we had to go join wait list for any meal including breakfast which was inconvenient at all especially with kids.

We loved this trip! Our favorite hotel we’ve had in Mexico in a few years! The food was excellent! We also ate at the other Villa property and it was also excellent! We opted for not all-inclusive so we cooked dinner in our room. The pans were all brand new and also had extra tupperwares for food storage! Walmart is very close so we stocked up on food and water. The room was comfy and AC worked well!
