Decent service and fair price but not excellent. Very roomy with large living room and great balcony overlooking the ocean and the Arch. High quality and strong air conditioners, but one of the toilets was leaking emanating a smell, and the showers in the bathrooms were very different one with a high flow and one with a very low water flow. For the price I would recommend this place.

Great short stay for us. Easy friendly checkin and checkout. Two bedrooms was great for the kids going to bed early. Nice balcony to watch the sunset and sunrise.

I loved everything about my room at Sunrock. The view was incredible night and day. I watched the whales from my room and deck which ended up being better than the boat tour for whale watching! Sunrises and sunsets were incredible, as was the bird watching in the green space beside the property. Spacious and comfortable. I would say that the living-room furniture and kitchen cook-top and utensils could use an upgrade. Pool and deck are lovely. Outdoor seating was also lovely in the evenings. Very pretty. I adored my cleaning lady. She was attentive to any needs I had. Very respectful of my space. The walk to the beautiful quiet beach was perfect. Felt very safe at all times off the day and night. Overall, it is the perfect spot and I will be returning again.

The room was good, not as clean as I would've liked but certainly not dirty. Maybe more attention to the floors would be good, there were lots of hair around the bathroom door when we checked in. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The beds were comfortable enough even thought they were a bit soft. The room was huge and bright. There was a burnt out light bulb and the master bathroom only had a sheer curtain on the window so it was not very private. The location was fantastic and the restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent. Overall, our stay was good but not as nice as it looked on Expedia.

Staff were wonderful. The maid was able to leave us some dish soap and a cloth to wash/dry dishes. She would have done them herself, but I prefer to clean up when I use plates etc.The room was clean and comfortable, and nicely appointed. The breakfast that we pre purchased at the restaurant next door was delicious. The pool was lovely with nice lounge chairs and pergolas. The property was well cared for, with lovely gardens. A couple of small issues: We left a note with the concierge when we checked out to let them know. Neither of the safes worked, which we mentioned to the front desk, but they were not fixed before we finished our stay. The back porch door also made a lot of noise with the wind. We had to block the top and base with towels, and that worked.

We were grateful to find a place to stay on such short notice. It was a mostly clean, no frills, safe place to rest. Be prepared to lug your belongings up several flights of stairs. We were on the 4th floor, which isn't a problem unless you're carrying a 50lb suitcase. Then it can become quite prohibitive, especially if there are any members of your group with any physical limitations.There was a large dead roach in the closet that we saw upon arrival. When we went to shower for the evening, there was no warm water. I tried calling the front desk multiple times from my cell phone and every single time it was disconnected, as though someone picked it up and hung up right away. There is a phone in the room, however there is no dial tone and it does not work. We also tried the WhatsApp number they provided, with no luck. There was no communication back from them on any platform. So, we walked down to the building where the front desk is located, which is quite the walk, and asked about there being no warm water. Apparently this is a common occurrence. They sent a young man driving the transportation truck to light the water heater (which is housed outside on the back patio)and he successfully lit it. We were very grateful for that. There were no washcloths or soap for the dishes that are provided. I sent another message with questions about checkout. I have been home for 2 days now and have yet to receive a response to any of the questions I asked other than a request for a revi

Room was clean, but had several issues. Both TV’s did not work. Coffee pot did not work. The day after checking in is when a repairman finally came to fix it. It was a one night stay, so that was not a good thing.
