「The cocktails and meals were delicious, I had breakfast lunch and dinner. Hotel beautiful and really fun to even just walk through. But the staff really shined, I felt welcomed and like I could ask for anything and it would happen right then. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back my next time in town!」

「My flight was cancelled and my arrival was delayed, but they still welcomed me warmly. I rebooked and returned two days later, where they greeted me with a plate of dessert and cookies. The view of the waterfront and Santa Monica Pier from the balcony window was amazing. Personally, I would have preferred a hot tub.」
