We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.
We are new to VRBO platform but experienced in short term rentals.

Treat yourself to this brand new gated home located in the heart of Hollywood. Walk to the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame in 15 minutes, avoiding the headache of parking (2 private garage parking spaces).

Right next to Sunset Blvd. and close to Hollywood downtown. A lot of bars and restaurants around the area.

THINGS TO NOTE:
All four units on this property are listed on VRBO. The hot tub is in the back of the property and shared with four units. The walls are a little thin, so please control the noise level. Being in the heart of Hollywood, you may see homeless people around, and that's why we have the front gate. Please keep it closed.

PLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:

*The Wi-Fi in the unit is shared with the neighboring property. If you encounter any connectivity issues, please let me know promptly.

*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.

*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)

- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

The condo was cute and clean. However..the walls are paper thin and it was incredibly noisy when the neighbors left and came home from the bar. The garage did not fit our SUV so a heads up on that would have been appreciated as the garage parking was a large portion of why we rented the space. To not get good sleep and to not have parking, the cost seemed high. The surrounding area was a little rough but that's probably just Hollywood. The positives - the location was very walkable to the stars and Ripley's. And you could tell the host makes every effort to provide a clean space and easy check-in. It would be a great spot to stay with earplugs and a compact car.

We enjoyed our weekend. The host left detailed instructions and was easy to get in touch with. The beds were comfortable. The home needed just a few touchups, some minor repairs, and new paint but other than that this could be a great property.

Lovely condo in perfect location

The condo is really nice and is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and it’s location was perfect for us. Host was very responsive. Note, this is not a criticism of the condo, we know the LA area well so we understand Hollywood. Neighbourhood was not an issue for us. However, for guests who do not know the area If you are sensitive to seeing homeless people pretty close to block where condo is located condo location may be an issue. We felt safe walking to places on Sunset during day. We just took an Uber at night.

Great property - centrally located, clean, secure with excellent accommodations provided by owner. The whole process was seamless and Liang was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed for a positive experience. Would definitely highly recommend!

Great place and location

My husband and I had a pretty good stay at this property. It is close to numerous places which is great. There are only two things I would say need improvement. #1 quality of some of the bath towels were poor. I just ended up purchasing my own during the stay. #2 is in reference the walls in the home. They could use a fresh coat of paint due to the scuff marks from previous visitors. Other than those two things the place is nice! I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay!

Leon is really professional and easy to contact and get things sorted. Also the place is undeniably gorgeous. A lot better than shown in the pictures. Really nice location and very easy to check in. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Amazing apartments, exceptional host!!!!

We had an amazing stay in Leon’s apartment from Amazing bed too soft sheets cleanliness amazing Decor and our host was so attentive anything and everything I asked for it not only did he give me but with a full heart I highly recommend this apartment actually townhouse Liane is open to suggestions and always willing to make it better for His guest. We will definitely come back and stay with him again
