"Lovely location backing onto the reserve. Very peaceful and quiet. Only negative for us was that we were unable to leave the door open for our dog to enjoy snuffling around outside as there is no fencing at all. "

"Property and surroundings beautiful. When we saw the size of Tauranga, first timers, we were worried we would have difficulty finding this gem. It was so simple and easy. And wonderful companion for Merlin in Zeus and the parents of Zeus were great too."

"Perfect little unit for a couple nights stay, great location, only a couple minutes walk to Papamoa Plaza and local brewery "The Island" which is great for families with kids! Amazing pizza too :) Came in winter so didn't get to check out the beach but it was in walking distance too. Unit was well equipped and clean. Easy check in and check out. Thanks Matt for a lovely stay :)"

"We booked, she confirmed, and when we are already down the road for check in, canceled our booking at the last 1 minute, this is the most horrible things happened to us in our life, the host medsaged me that the “ Hi there, im so very sorry but someone had put something down the toilet and when i flushed it it overflowed excrement through bathroom and onto the carpet of 2 bedrooms and its a discusting disaster. Please cancel with vrbo. I ha e not been paid. They can contact me to verify. Sorry for short notice but cant be helped”We were so disappointed.I don’t recommend this accomodation."
