Ocean Front Beach Pad

Great Holiday Experience right on the beach. Great for surfing, swimmiing and fishing. There is also a brand new heated swimming pool complex in the resort which is a perfect. The caravan and attached awning has all the comforts of home, 2 flat screen tv's own kitchen, toilet and shower . This beach pad is located at the A14 Tasman Bay Holiday Park Papamoa Beach. ******Please note camp ground fees are additional to the per night rate from $30 to $130pp per night this is dynamic pricing and can change based on season******Walking distance to Fashion Island, cafes and bars. Great for a romantic holiday getaway or family vacation. Surf club for safe swimming is right there.

Fabulous beach stay

We loved every minute of our stay. Elizabeth was very prompt in her response to our requests and check in (after hours) was seamless. Can not wait to return to this beachside pad.

Easter and downgraded cyclone Tam

Weather was terrible but had an awesome view of the storm/ cyclone downgraded that hit. Children enjoyed the pool and facilities but because of weather was limited. Would definitely stay again

The caravan was roomy in a great position to enjoy a beautuful view of the beach. Was a stones throw away. We loved our stay and would love to come back another time

It was my daughter’s first time in a caravan and she is hooked! Communication with owner was instant and always helpful and friendly. The outdoor carpeted area is lovely and spacious and we enjoyed our breakfast looking over the ocean. Highly recommend

Great van and annex with a view to kill for - the beach was just metres away and access was so easy - saw a penguin on the beach which really topped off our stay

Cool experience for our little family. Caravan has great location in the holiday park with a great view, awesome place to stay with good park facilities especially for kids. Good set up with mostly everything you need and a great bbq and outdoor area. Liz was great at responding when we had questions. I’d say just contact the holiday park well in advance to find out the camp ground fees as the rates change and we were almost stung with double the price fees than originally quoted. Overall happy and we would revisit!

Amazing waterfront location!

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Good sized awning with a great deck area perfect for relaxing and BBQs. Our first caravan experience with our 3kids and we loved it!

Really liked the large awning and deck area with spectacular view of the ocean. Perfect place for a family get together with great deck and outdoor furniture. Glad they had changed the awning bed to a Queen. Very comfortable

We all really enjoyed it and didnt want to leave! Very nice and tidy caravan, and the deck was amazing to just chill and relax on! Kids had a ball and did not want to leave! Would definitely book again and recommend to others 😊

Great stay with a beautiful view

Was very nice, I could’ve spent my entire time at the camper it’s right near the beach with an incredible view. I couldn’t open the propane take to use the stove inside the camper but the barbecue worked just fine. The checkout process was easy & because my bus didn’t leave till later in the day, liz allowed me to hangout in the outside area of the camper which was nice. Big patio area to sit & lounge. The amount of the extra camping spot price that I had to pay when I got there was a bit of a surprise. An extra 85$/day.

Was excited about being in a caravan after many years. Found though that the contents of the cupboards were disorganised. Window catches need a few repairs. Gas cooktop was hard to light. It needed an outside flame or match to light it. Bbq worked well. Overall a good break away

Accomodations were adequate for our party of three, would not have been comfortable with more people.Cleanliness 3.5 of 5 stars overall. Sand in furniture. Cabinetry and appliance surfaces required cleaning.Many broken window locks. Unable to use windows at front of trailer. Roof vent screens and shades in poor condition. Some window curtains in poor condition, unable to fully close curtains.Would not return considering the general physical condition, age of the accomodation and level of cleanliness. Not a good value for the money charged.

Awesome Sea Views

Initially told we had no reservation which was an error by manager and thought we’d been scammed. This was quickly sorted. Caravan had everything you needed for one night but cleanliness of hard areas not great. Heater didn’t work and toilet worked twice then failed. Awesome carpeted awning area. Location better than expected. Confusion as caravan was a private one but managed by Tasman Park. This not clear in ads.

disappointing was not told about the extra 170.00 camp fees we had to pay on arrival. Windows hinges were broken so could not open all the windows, umbrella stand broken so could not hold the umbrella, rust kept falling off the table onto us and there were bed bugs in the main bed yuk. the only positive that I have is the position was good. I will not book again.
