Thoughtfully designed and newly renovated for family vacations, group gatherings, and four-season adventures, the home combines cozy mountain charm with resort-style luxury for a getaway you’ll never forget.

Unwind in your private in-home spa, complete with a top-of-the-line sauna and steam room, or gather in the living room where smart TVs are ready for streaming on every floor and in every room. The gorgeous, newly renovated chef’s kitchen makes cooking for the group a joy, while thoughtful sleeping arrangements across every level ensure comfort and privacy for everyone.

Other Details to Note:

Our guests need to be registered with the HOA management office at least 24 hours prior to the arrival.

Guest pass for using community amenities:
1-day pass - $20.00 per person
3-day pass - $30.00 per person
7-day pass –$50.00 per person
Children under 2 free with adult registration.

The community offers amenities that are accessible to all guests during the designated hours of operation. Amenity passes can be obtained by visiting the community center.

It is important to note that the owner cannot be held responsible if the amenities are unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather conditions, or other conditions as specified by the community.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AMENETIES:

- The Emerald Lodge is currently open to residents of the community six days a week. Inside the center, residents can utilize the indoor pool, bar, grill, and 2 game rooms. Outside the community center, there are additional facilities which include children’s play structure, basketball court and tennis court. The center is open year-round offering recreation activities and events.

- Emerald Lakes consists of 5 beautiful lakes. East Emerald Lake, West Emerald Lake, Mountain Top Lake, Pinetree Lake and Lower Deer Lake. Each lake offers some great fishing opportunities for members and guests. Many types of fish are found in the lakes to include pickerel, carp, bluegill, crappie and panfish. However, the most popular is the bass. The lakes are stocked each year and are strictly catch and release only. Everyone is required to obtain the appropriate Pennsylvania State license and a Emerald Lake Fishing License to fish the lakes. Each of the lakes contains a boat launch area along with the boat racks which can be rented for the season for a fee. All boats used on the lakes must first be registered with the Administrative Office for a fee. Boats are restricted to electric motors only.

- There are 2 amazing, family friendly beaches. Main Beach located on East Emerald Lake and Pinetree Beach located on Pinetree Lake. Both beaches have a playground, picnic benches, grills and restrooms.

- Emerald Lakes Association also contains other recreation amenities which include outdoor tennis courts located next to the outdoor pool. There is a basketball court and baseball field on Glade Drive next to the Administration building as well as a pickleball court and additional basketball courts next to the Emerald Lodge.

Community Indoor Pool Hours:
The Indoor Pool is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the residents of the Emerald Lakes Community.

Community Outdoor Pool Hours (summer only):
Our outdoor pool is heated and open, weather permitting, from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Wow, what a gorgeous home! Renovated, spacious, and so serene, close to beautiful lakes. We came with our kids and grandkids and had the best time. Loved the indoor pool and fishing, and the owners even let us use their boat! Communication was easy, and we’re so glad we found this gem after staying at another home in the community. We’ll definitely be back!
