Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center
Beautiful lake view! Watched loons flying by from the balcony. Carlos Lake state park with 14 miles of trails is just a 15 minute drive. Room and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Best Western Alexandria Inn
Room floor was sticky & had some candies left on the floor. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. Ran out of kleenex right away. Staff wasn't very friendly. Stayed there last year & had a nice stay. This year not ao much, won't be back again.

This place was the cleanest place we've ever stayed in. Check in was very easy and the site manager was easy to communicate with (even checked in with us during the snow).
