「I stay at a lot of hotels across the country and out of the country this was by far the best. Everything was perfect. The breakfast bar was out of this world. Would highly recommend it by far. If I had any complaint is was stayed in 313 right by elevator and the noise from the door opening the ding was a bit loud and annoying. Perfect visit to Alexandria plan on staying there more often when in area.」

「Beautiful lake view! Watched loons flying by from the balcony. Carlos Lake state park with 14 miles of trails is just a 15 minute drive. Room and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. 」

「Pool was not available, sauna was not available, fitness room was not available, hot tub is not available, when I asked about breakfast the hostess at front desk just walked away from me. So I checked out and went somewhere else. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Two big thumbs down」
