A beach house made up of an early 1900's Railway Carriage with Modern bathroom and living amenities added on, to create a funky character filled atmosphere thats relaxed and inviting.

A mere 5 min stroll to the white sand of Long Beach where you can rock climb, boogie board, swim, fish,or just walk along the quiet open beach and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

At home theres a big screen TV, fireplace, BBQ and plenty of space to enjoy a family get together or use the kitchen to cook up a storm.

25 mins out of Dunedin, so not far from supermarkets etc but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of a city.

Amazing characterful warm and clean cottage. Plenty of firewood available and other heating options and plenty of towels. Could do with a few more cooking utensils but heaps of coffee and tea options as well as hot choc and an otherwise well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend a stay.
