"Water pressure in shower would go in and out. Dropped so low one time, the water cut at the shower head and went to bathtub spout. No light above sink."

"Hotel does not match online images at all. Rooms were filthy around the beds and baseboards in both room and bath. Beds were not comfortable and you could hear everything. The staff however was friendly enough. "

"Rooms were not clean. Dusty floors, showers and fixtures like lamps and table ( I had a suite) . The couch in the suite was horrible. The shower was broken so I had to rig it to use it. They don’t have smart tvs! That is a must in 2026. For the money I expected better with cleanliness. Otherwise everything else was standard nothing exceptional "

"If you are needing an affordable place to rest your head while visting, I cannot recommend this place enough. I was a bit nervous with the shared bathroom bit but honestly there are like 4-5 bathrooms a floor and I never had to wait to use one. Be sure to bring Shampoo and Conditioner. They do not have any in the showers. They do however have shower gel. Be weary about eating out as the rooms do not have mini-fridges to store your leftovers. I had a few nights where I felt really bad about throwing food away from earlier in the day. The check in was swift and the staff were amazing. The room cleaners were also very timely and frequented the floor several times a day to clean rooms or the bathrooms. The rooms come with eye masks and ear plugs which was an awesome touch considering it does get noisy. But honestly, I always sleep with soundscapes on so it never once bothered me. The room and bed was comfortable and the location is an amazing central spot to get to where you need to and with the Subway on 42 Bryant only being a couple of blocks. If I ever come again I will certainly be booking again!"

"I LITERALLY had to force myself out of bed. It was so comfy. The breakfast was great. Different options every morning. The staff were unbelievable. I almost forgot I had to go home. That’s how comfortable and safe might I add. I absolutely loved it there and will definitely be back."
