"This was our first stay at Harrah’s. The staff throughout the hotel was super friendly. The pool was nice—my kids loved it. The room was clean, but some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, so we had to share chargers for all devices. The ac worked great the first night, but it didn’t by the next day. It stayed set on 65 but never cooled off the room again like the first night."
