"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed after hiking to the top of Mt. Whitney and it was great to have 3 queen beds in the one room for 3 very tired hikers! Very close to several nice restaurants and a grocery store and two blocks from the Mt. Whitney Portal Rd."

"Nice little ("Tiny") place if all you need is a bed, bathroom and kitchenette. My only 2 concerns were difficulty communicating with host due to no cell service, and that the laundry was not in the unit. It was a short drive (or long walk) from the unit. But host was as accommodating and friendly. I recommend when visiting Death Valley and area."

"What an amazing place! Got a tip from a local to take a short drive up the Mount Whitney portal and I highly recommend everyone do the same. The views from the room are AMAZING! Waking up to the sunrise on the mountains was something I'll never forget. Communication was fast and very helpful. Highly HIGHLY recommend staying here."
