一人旅でシングルルームを利用する方は、覚悟して泊まって下さい。ルームナンバー111は客室です。決して物置きではありません。私は物置きか倉庫だと思い通過してしまいました。部屋はこれ以上狭くはできないほど小さく、多分日本の３畳はないです。そこに小さなシャワーとトイレがついています。何よりひどいのは、三方が巨大なガラス窓で分厚いカーテンで覆われており、勿論開けることはできません。 日中その部屋にいる事は暑さのため不可能だと思います。空気の流れなど微塵もなく、牢獄の様で、勿論エアコンなどないです。ホテルを変えようか？とも思いましたが、翌日早くの列車に乗る予定のため断念。料金一泊15000円くらいで安いのでしょうが、前泊のホテルの方が安くて良かったです。良い勉強になりました。

寝て泊まるだけと思えば割り切れる
静かなホテル街に位置するホテル。似ている建物が多いので分かりにくいかもしれません。最寄りの駅から徒歩5分程度で行けます。 日中はとても静かですが、友人によると夜は眠れないくらいうるさかったそう。(私は気づかず爆睡でした。) 部屋にACがないので、夏でも日中は暑く夜は寒いので羽織れるものを持って行くほうがいいと思います。 Wi-Fiも不安定で何度も繋ぎ直しました。 ロンドンにしては安いホテルなので、寝泊まりするだけの目的なら充分だと思います。

部屋は少し狭いですが、清潔で立地が良かったです。ヒースロー急行の止まるパディントン駅までは歩いて20分程度、周りには飲食店が多数あり、ハイドパークもすぐ側です。スタッフの方も普通に感じがよく、コスパの高い宿でした。

次回も利用させて頂きます。
シャワー室は狭いです。部屋も日本のビジネスホテル並みの広さです。ロケーションはとても便利で、ケンジントン公園も近く毎朝散歩に最適です。パディントン駅までバスの便が良いので、スーツケースがあっても大丈夫です。地下鉄にはエレベーターの無いところが多くあり、重いスーツケースは大変です。この周辺には警官詐欺、写真を撮らせて立ち止まらせようと企てる者がいます。外国人に話しかけられても相手をしないのが無難です。

Wifiが弱く、客室では全く使い物にならない。また周辺地域がラテン系の住宅街で、昼夜問わず外が騒がしい。部屋にもよるが、一部屋が大変せまかった。また予約時に朝食付きと書いていたにも関わらず朝食がなかった。ロンドン市街へのアクセスはいい方(それでももっと良いホテルがたくさんあるが…)なので、値段が高くてもどうしても個室が欲しい、他には何もいらないという人なら利用してもいい。

For a couple young travelers, it was just what we needed, safe and cute in its way. Other travelers looking for a good London hotel, the pictures didn’t match what the room looked like and the furniture was moderately frayed.

Tiny but charming room, absolutely wonderful view, very helpful proprietor who helped fix a toilet issue immediately (the other staff member was not so helpful). Only disappointment was that their listing on Expedia showed they offered breakfast. They do not. This obviously needs to be updated.

Although the furniture is quite old and the bathroom is more inside a closet than in a separate room, it’s still quite okay for the price. The staff is really friendly and the location is also nice. Only a few minutes to the next shop and to the tube.

Blood patches over mattresses sine of bed bugs but as we pull sheets back there it is im out . door hand hung off the door did not fill safe so got up and left booked some were ells. They did care we we left didnt try to solve the situation or help in any i said adout the room and dont fill safe and can i get refund she you need to email. Stay away from this place.

This was A last minute booking for me. So it was affordable, clear and in the perfect location for me. The rooms are very tiny with a twin bed but just what I needed. The mattress was new and very comfortable. Located in a very old build there is lots of quirks. The front desk keeps the key when you come and go so that was a bit strange. For the two nights I was there I was happy with the hotel.

Definitely a budget option, but it was clean and the staff were nice. Close to restaurants and grocery stores, very walkable to nice areas of London and to transit. It did advertise having a crib however, and it did not.

We booked a quad room that should have had three beds. They said they don’t have any of those after we got there. Room was constantly hot, and the beds were basically oversized cots that were so worn that they both bowed in the middle.

Stayed here for 1 night. Very happy with stay. Value for money. Easy to get too. Quiet location over night. Clean comfortable accommodation. Staff polite and helpful. Would stay again. Did not experience and issues. Easy check in.

la mia recensione non può che essere positiva. Innanzi tutto si trova in una zona centrale, vicinissimo a notting hill e kensingston, quindi anche con hyde park vicino. Le metro sono vicinissime, quella di bayswater e quella di queensway si raggiungono in 5 minuti. È una zona tranquillissima e sicura. La stanza era la numero 56, al piano -1, ma non è stato assolutamente un problema, era abbastanza grande, per quello che ho pagato me la aspettavo molto più piccola, il bagno è piccolo ma giusto, ho soggiornato in altri in cui non ti potevi muovere, e c’è addirittura una piccola cucina. La struttura non è nè troppo “vecchia” ma neanche chissà quanto nuova, ma la stanza è pulita e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni 2 giorni. Il personale molto cortese, anche se comunque non abbiamo interagito molto visto che non abbiamo avuto problemi. Insomma ci ritornerei altre mille volte anche perché si sa che l’hotel serve solo come appoggio quanto c’è tanto da visitare. Non sono d’accordo con le recensioni negative, non si possono avere chissà quali aspettative per il prezzo basso che paghi, anzi le mie le ha anche superate.

Un conseil, ne réservez pas ici, à fuir ! Chambre minuscule, dans un état lamentable (extrêmement sale), un bruit de ventilation permanent et j’en passe… Nous sommes arrivés, avons demander immédiatement au propriétaire de nous changer de chambre, il n’a rien voulu savoir et nous a répondu que « c’était les standards de Londres » Nous avons pris nos bagages et sommes partis immédiatement réserver un autre hôtel. Ne faites pas l’erreur de réserver ici.

Das Hotel ist in keiner guten Verfassung. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich aber es sind vermutlich keine ausgebidleten Hotelangestellten, denn dafür war das Auftreten nicht ausreichend. Die Beschreibung des Hotels ist ziemlich irreführend um nicht zusagen falsch. Schlimm war die Sauberkeit. Die Klobrille war fleckig, überall Rost, dicke Kalkschichten und Urinfleckige Schmutzkrusten. Frühstück gibt es keines.

Clean and functional, perfect for a London trip to see the tourist sights. We had a triple single bed room. It had a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, and a clean kettle, cups and complimentary tea/coffee etc. 5 mins walk from Bayswater tube station, which has a street full of eateries, Tesco express and various options for breakfast including a McDonald’s. Perfectly safe and quiet at night, we returned a few nights near midnight after various theatre trips.

Good value for cost. Welcome was professional but unexciting. No temp controls for room which was rather warm, but windows opened enough to suffice. No complaints - what I expected when booking this location.

Eins der Betten in unserem Zimmer hatte ein defektes Bett. Leider war es dem recht desinteressierten Herrn an der Rezeption recht egal. Ohne zu schauen, sagte er dirket, dass das nicht stimmt und schickte und wieder weg. Danach habe ich sehr gute Hilfe vom Expedia Kundenservice erhalten, welcher vor Ort anrief. Daraufhin erhielt wir 2 decken.. ein purer Witz. Das Bad war dreckig, Haare im Abfluss und Dreck in der Duschwanne. Die Wände sind so dünn wie Papier, man hört alles von überall extrem laut. Die Fenster sind zugig, sodass es nachts recht schnell sehr kalt wurde. Am nächsten morgen haber wir dann durch eine sehr nette Dame des Rommservice ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Hier waren immerhin beide Betten ganz. Zudem bestätigte die Dame, dass sie weiß, dass in unserem vorherigen Zimmer 103 das bett kaputt ist. Haltet euch bloß von diesem Hotel fern.

This property is not as advertised. Be very careful when booking. The photos show large clean rooms, instead we received a room that we did not book, we booked a quadruple with double bed and 2 single beds. We arrived early and management had ample time to tell us our room was already booked out, but they did not mention anything until check in time. The beds were very small and did not fit our family. They offered us a rollaway which would not fit in the room. If we had booked 1 night we could have put up with it, but as we had booked 4 nights i told them we could not stay. They took all our money and did not refund me any of the nights booked. They also require that you leave the room key with them when you leave the hotel. I would steer clear of this hotel.

Totally disgusting and disappointing
What we expected and what we experienced was miles apart. Totally disgusting and customer service was horrendous when we complained. Will never stay again and we warn anyone about basement rooms if they think they have booked accommodation based on websites
