Rose’s home is a well-designed, one-bedroom apartment in a part of London favoured by families. The apartment is set in a quiet location to the back of the building and is accessed by either a lift or the stairs.

It has an easy layout and is stylishly furnished. The home opens into a living room with a dining area that seats four people. There is a sitting area with a comfortable armchair. The bedroom comes with a lovely super king-sized bed and plenty of cupboard storage for guests. There is a big tower Dyson purifier fan for the perfect night’s sleep.

The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and an induction hob. There is simple bathroom with a handheld shower over the bath. Kindly note there is no washing machine in this home. A laundry service, offering collection and delivery service, is reachable in less than 5 minutes by walking.

Guests can enjoy a leafy communal garden and plenty of local amenities such as restaurants, cafes and Putney Leisure Centre. For theatre goers who enjoy local amateur dramatics, a visit to Putney Arts Theatre is a must, and for nature lovers Putney Lower Common and the Thames path along the river is a short walk away. The home has great transport links, including buses to Richmond and the local train station takes you into London Waterloo in 10 minutes.
