It seems to me that the advertisement of your apartments is misleading. A) the photos do not correspond to the apartment I stayed in, so they should show the different options available (with and without bathtub, etc). B) Nowhere is it indicated that they do not have an elevator and can be assigned the apartment 2 floors above. TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT: they can be people with disabilities, elderly or just with the suitcases they have. It is highly irresponsible omission.
